The legendary queen of rock and roll Tina Turner has died aged 83 after a long battle with illness.
Ms Turner was one of the biggest recording artists of all time winning 12 Grammy awards and selling more than 180 million albums during a glittering career.
Her voice defined the 1980s, and in 1991 she was voted into the rock and roll half of fame.
