Rocq-E Harrell is an American R&B singer active in the Netherlands since the 1990s. Coming from a very musical family, Rocq-E formed the band "Papa's Results" with her brother Grady Harrell, performing with artists such as Jody Watley and Jermaine Stewart. The band disbanded in 1979 when Rocq-E was invited to tour with Diana Ross as lead singer. She was also part of the Eddie Kendricks Singers and collaborated with Aretha Franklin, performing with Barry White's Love Unlimited Orchestra.

She has been active in musical or theater tours since 1995, participating in shows such as "Niet geruimd", "Language Of Love", "Female Factory", and so on.

Although her debut album, Language of Love (1996), did not particularly attract public attention, it included collaborations with many well-known musicians, such as Kenny Moore (Tina Turner's musical director), Ruth Jacott and Gordon.

Her daughter, Canela Cox, born in 1984, continued the family's musical tradition, working on her own debut album, Canela, in 2001 at the age of 17.
